Shipping Information
Shipping: 1-4 business days nationwide with the exception of rural deliveries. Depending on when the order is recieved we USUALLY deliver within 48 hours of reciept of order.
We use a sign on delivery courier service. If you are not home during the day the courier will leave a card that your parcel have arrived. We suggest you get us to deliver to your workplace if appropriate so that you do not have to arrange a new time for delivery or pick your parcel up from the depot.
During peak times such as Christmas there could be delays beyond our control.
No weekend deliveries are available. We only deliver in New Zealand. If you wish to access an international delivery please e-mail us and we will quote the delivery fee.
A flat fee of $5.00 is incurred per single delivery address.
Orders over $250.00 to a single delivery address are free.
We are a Christchurch based business and local deliveries are usually extremely swift.
